Delivery & Returns
We aim to process all orders within one working day of an order being placed. Orders made within the UK will be sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. In the event that an ordered item is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you of an estimated delivery date as soon as possible.
Delivery Costs
Standard delivery of merchandise to UK mainland addresses.
Ticket sales will be handled using an email confirmation for the event in question, this should be brought to the event as verification of the purchase. However if a ticket is requested by phone or post and therefore requires tickets posting, there will be a postage charge of £1.
Refund & Exchange Information
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange as long as the item(s) is returned within a 14 day period from when the item was received. If you wish to return an item, please use the returns slip on the bottom of the delivery note. In order for a Return or Refund to be accepted, items must be returned in unused condition to the address listed at the bottom of the page.
In the event that you receive an item that is faulty or has been dispatched incorrectly, we are happy to refund your postage costs. Otherwise you will be required to supplement the cost of return postage (and we would recommend you obtain proof of posting, as we are not responsible for goods lost in transit). Where items are to be exchanged our standard postage costs will be charged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
