![]() This is the website for Lincolnshire Dance, the Dance development Agency for the county of Lincolnshire. Archive New Opportunties Fund Project Lincolnshire Dance was one of the key partners in the countywide Arts and Dance NOF Project. This large scale initiative, which was managed by the Education Department of Lincolnshire County Council, began in September 2001 and ran until July 2006. The programme involved a number of schools which came together to experience dance and/or activities in other art forms one evening a week after school. The first year of activities involved schools in the districts of West Lindsey and South Holland, and culminated in two celebratory events . In September 2002, schools in the districts of East Lindsey, North Kesteven and the Borough of Boston also joined the initiative, followed by the remaining areas of Lincoln and South Kesteven in 2003. By September 2004, there were approximately 120 schools and 1,500 pupils taking part in the arts & dance programme each week.
